It is with great sorrow that I inform you of the passing of FTG1 Mike Wharton, USS Tripoli. Mike passed away suddenly from a heart attack and stroke on June 1 2015. Condolences may be left at Memorial Park Funeral Home, St. Petersburg, Fl. Thanks EMCS Herbert Wharton USN (Ret) USS Tripoli 1975 - 1977
