Hi, Am looking for a photo of the after steering station of any Iwo Jima Class hull that shows the rudder angle indicator. Or where the steering manual or steering system drawings may be stored. I have not contacted the Planning Yard (HII-Ingalls) yet, but do not expect to get much help when I do. Reason I ask is because Paul Love, former C.O. of Tripoli (1987) seems to have obtained the steering indicator plaque, less the pointer. Am trying to validate the plaque.
