My father recently passed and while going through his military Ruck Sacks we came across a purple heart and a ring. It seems to be a MARINE Brotherhood ring with the word Iwo Jima enscribed on it . Some of the letters are missing so I am not 100 percent that was what it said. If it is indeed correct I would like to attend a reunion in the future to meet some of the men and women If none of this is correct if you would be so kind to ask any members if they recognize or are familiar with Marine issued rings? If I am able to find out where he served I would like for his Purple Heart and this ring to go in a war related museum or Honorary Hall, Thank You for your time. Jason Ross
