CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR ARMED FORCES REUNIONS, INC.
For attendees
canceling reunion activities prior to the cut-off date, Armed Forces Reunions,
Inc. (AFR) shall process a full refund less the non-refundable registration fee
($50 per person). Attendees canceling
reunion activities after the cut-off date will be refunded to the fullest
extent that AFR's vendor commitments and guarantees will allow, less the
non-refundable registration fee.
Cancellations will only be taken Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm Eastern
Standard Time, excluding holidays.
Please call (757) 625-6401 to cancel reunion activities and obtain a
cancellation code. Refunds processed 4-6 weeks after reunion.
Canceling your hotel reservation does not cancel your reunion activities

Tour Descriptions
CITY TOUR Thursday, September 22
| Travel north to La Jolla, the jewel of San Diego You will then continue on to Mt Soledad where a 29-foot tall cross, built in 1954, serves as a memorial to Korean War casualties and veterans. We will then continue on to Balboa Park, home to 15 major museums, renowned performing arts venues, beautiful gardens, and the San Diego Zoo. Proceed to the Ferry Landing Market place for lunch on your own while enjoying spectacular views of San Diego across the bay. Afterwards, it is on for a tour of Coronado, home to the Amphibious Base where the SEALs are trained, North Island Naval Air Station and seeing the #1 family beach in the United States, the "Baby Del" and "Crown Manor". 10:00am board bus, 4:00pm back at hotel

USS MIDWAY/SEAPORT VILLAGE Friday, September 23 No other carrier has the history or the crew to match the USS Midway. Its 47-year career spanned from the end of WWII to Desert Storm and on which more than 225,000 Americans have served. "Midway Magic" is now a premier attraction in downtown San Diego that opened in 2004. Its self-guided audio tour allows you to explore the 60 exhibits and 24 restored aircraft at your own leisure. Lunch on your own at nearby Seaport Village, home to many shops, eateries, and restaurants. 10:00am board bus, 3:00pm back at hotel $47/Person includes bus, guide, and admission. Lunch on your own.

OLD TOWN / HARBOR CRUISE Saturday, September 24 Start the day in Old Town,
the birthplace of California as the American flag was first raised here in 1846.
Five original adobe buildings are part of this historic park, which includes museums, retail shops,
and restaurants. Enjoy lunch and
shopping on your own.Then, continue the day with a one-hour narrated harbor cruise of San Diego Bay.
Take
in the Star of India, the oldest iron-hull merchant ship still afloat, the U.S. Navy surface fleet,
San Diego-Coronado Bay Bridge, and busy shipyards.
Note:Those with walking disabilities will find
it difficult to get around in Old Town and down the ramp to the boat. Restrooms are not ADA accessible. 11:15am board bus, 3:15pm back at hotel $55/Person includes bus, guide, and cruise. Lunch on your own.
